Misty oversees the day-to-day operation of the team, leverages Cindy, scouts for talent, plans meetings and team-building activities, assists with goal planning and tracking, company and financial duties. She is also the Sales Manager and oversees the buyer agents to insure exceptional service for all our clients. Not only does Misty stay current on market conditions and keep our clients up-to-date, her goal is to make the home-selling and buying process as smooth as possible. With over 20 years of finance, management and operations experience, Misty is a tremendous asset to the Flowers Team. Misty is originally from the Redondo Beach area in California and is an avid Raiders fan!
